Cultural Art Workshops

The Cultural Art Workshops offer our community a tactile way to connect with the Latino cultures that surround us.

One of our instructors, Irma Rodríguez, teaches Oaxacan style painting with vibrant colors and beautiful designs. Originally from Oaxaca, she is an expert in painting beautiful Alebrijes and brings this style to her classes.

We are always looking for instructors to guide new Cultural Art Workshops. Our goal is to represent and celebrate all Latino cultures in our community. If you are interested in teaching a workshop, let us know.

Aside from learning art techniques from different cultures, each workshop is an opportunity to get out in the community, socialize in Spanish, and make new connections. The participants enjoy the welcoming environment of the cultural center and the delicious coffee and pan dulce. There is no cost to participate.
